The Saasi Burger was born in Saas Fee, Switzerland, with a brilliant firework of flavours. Created by the top chefs in the Saaser-Stube of the Saaserhof Apartments, the unique burger composition now goes into direct competition with the world-famous counterparts of the big burger chains. Our meat fondue Alpenhexe is prepared as you have never experienced it before.
One room, two worlds. Dark and light. Old and new. The tasting of the house specialities - meat and cheese fondues - is also special. Our Alpenhexe meat fondue is prepared as you have never seen it before. The meat is marinated for 24 hours in Alpenhexen spice with olive oil and then cooked in the broth. We serve it with vegetables, mushrooms, etc. A Chinese Fondue of a new kind.
At least one cheese fondue belongs on a ski holiday! You can also enjoy it in the warm atmosphere of our Saaser-Stube! For years, the "Saaser-Stube" has been winning over guests with its special attention and is one of the few establishments that still offers a flambé service at the guest table. Flambéed beef fillet "Woronow" according to an old recipe, flambéed lamb fillet, flambéed king prawns, crepes suzette, double beef fillet with Béarnaise sauce. All the flambéed dishes are served from 2 people onwards!
The novelty of the menu is an "Original Wienerschnitzel" which is fried at the table!
